Relaxing at Golden Gate Canyon State Park

Another goal of ours last year was to go camping a few times! This weekend checked that box, heading out to spend a few days at Aspen Meadows campground with Hilary, Nathan, and Greta. We were in #13ish – great location, there was a fair amount of space between all the sites. (We also decided that #s 21-23 would be good in the future.) We made fun food, got dirt on our hands, Maple swam in a lake (kinda), we hiked on the Panorama Trail, and overall had a wonderful time.
